Store Policy and Terms


Order and Payment


  • The order must be made at least one day before the event.


  • To ensure availability, please book one week before the event.




  • We reserve the right to refuse to receive orders and cancel orders for customers who do not follow or respect the order policy and store terms.


• Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after payment and ordering .


After ordering:



  • The order will be confirmed automatically if paid via Apple Pay, Mada, or credit card.


• Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after payment and ordering.


•To request a change or rescheduling, please contact us at least 24 hours before the delivery time.


Delivery:


  • Orders are delivered within 4 pm to 8 pm. We cannot guarantee the customer the specific time or hour for the order to arrive at the site, noting that orders will be delivered from the nearest to the farthest from our site in northern Riyadh.


  • The representative will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at the customer’s location. If there is no response to the number attached to the request, the request will be returned to the store. The customer will then choose whether he wants to receive the request from the store’s location or send a driver/messenger to take the request.



After delivery:


• Please keep the cake at a suitable temperature, do not shake or shake the cake, and be careful when handling it to ensure the best quality.


• We accept complaints within one hour of receiving the order only. If there is a problem with the order, please contact us within one hour of receiving the order. After that, we are not responsible.
