How do I order?

To order, please follow these steps:

1- Add the product you want to order.

2- Go to the shopping cart

3--Log in using your phone number.

4- Answer the questions on the product page and specify the delivery date in the table.

5-Choose the delivery option

6- Attach your address, name, and contact information.

7- If the order is a gift and will be received, activate the “Receive via someone else” option and attach the recipient’s contact information (name and number)

8- Choose the payment method and attach the required payment data.

9- Paid orders are confirmed automatically.


How many days before the event do I need to order/book?

Reservations must be made at least one day before the event.


Is it okay to order the cake a day before the event and keep it in the fridge?

Yes, it is normal. The cake will stay fresh for two to three days maximum if it is kept in the refrigerator and sealed in a box.


When does the cake go bad?

It depends on the storage method. If it is wrapped and in the refrigerator, it will spoil after about a week. If it is not wrapped well and stored outside the refrigerator, it will last for a day or two.


Do you arrive in the morning?

We do not deliver in the morning. Delivery times are between 4-8 pm.

If your event is in the morning, we suggest ordering delivery the day before the event in the evening and keeping the order sealed in the refrigerator until the morning of the event.



How do I order a gift for someone else?

If you would like to send the order as a gift to someone else, please activate the “Receive the order through someone else” option and attach the address (at least the district name) , name and phone number of the recipient when completing the order.


Note: If you do not have the address or the name of the neighborhood, write “I do not know, contact the recipient.”


If I order a gift for someone else, do you put the invoice in the bag with the order?

No, we do not put the invoice in the bag, nor do we put the sender’s personal information with the order for the recipient.


Do you accept custom design or drawing requests?

We accept special requests for cake designs similar to the style we currently make and are displayed on Instagram. There is no fee. For special requests, contact us on WhatsApp.

Do you draw or print pictures on cakes?

We do not draw or print pictures on the cake.


Can I modify my order?

To modify the order, please contact us via WhatsApp at least one day before the delivery date.

What payment methods are supported?

Currently supported payment methods: Mada, Credit Card, and Apple Pay.


Can I cancel my order?

We apologize, but currently we cannot cancel orders after they have been confirmed and approved, and the amount will not be refunded after payment.

What time will my order be delivered?

Orders will be delivered between 4pm and 8pm and we cannot guarantee the customer the exact time or hour for the order to arrive at the site. Please note that orders will be delivered from the nearest to the farthest from our location in North Riyadh.


Can you deliver my order at a specific time?

We apologize, it is not possible to choose a specific time to deliver the order because the orders go out together and are delivered from the nearest to the farthest from our home location in North Riyadh within 4 pm to 8 pm.



How much is the delivery?

Delivery price is 35 to North Riyadh and 45 to all areas outside North Riyadh.


Do you deliver outside Riyadh?

We do not apologize, currently delivery is only within the city of Riyadh.



Can/How do I change the delivery date?

To change the delivery date, please contact us via WhatsApp at least one day before the delivery date.
